On the French side, the route passes through the Vallée de Chamonix, Les Houches, Saint-Gervais, Les Contamines-Montjoie and Les Chapieux, among others. The refuges and guesthouses make it easy to plan your stages right along the route.
On either side of Courmayeur, the Val Veny and the Val Ferret will leave you in awe. The refuges on the Italian side offer warm, welcoming stages in the heart of the Mont-Blanc massif.
From La Fouly to Trient, via Champex-Lac, Swiss accommodation supports the great stages of the Tour du Mont-Blanc.
Booking refuges on the Tour du Mont-Blanc is strongly recommended in high season, especially in July and August. Some places can be fully booked several months in advance.
