The Tour du Mont Blanc is a unique trek of approximately 200km around Mont Blanc that can be completed in between 7 and 10 days passing through Italy, Switzerland and France.

Hikers, climbers and mountaineers will greatly appreciate stop overs offered by refuges and gites along the Tour du Mont Blanc.

The access road to the Italian Val Ferret is closed and regulated, because of the risk of ice falls from the glacier located above.

The Hôtel du Col de Fenêre located in the village of Ferret in Switzerland will be closed during the summer of 2020.

The Gîte Mermoud located in the village of Vallorcine in France will be closed during the summer of 2020.

Summer 2019 :


Lac Blanc Refuge - France - => Reopening in June 2019.


Shuttle bus Les Chapieux - La Ville des Glaciers => opening from June 29 to August 31, 2019.
Reduced schedules the first week of July and the last week of August. Price = 3.50 € / pers.
Normally it is not necessary to book these shuttles, except for a group exceeding 10 people and in this case you must contact the bus operator directly: Transde'v Martin at 0033-479-07-04-49.
