About Us
After two years of implementation of the "utour du Mont-Blanc" project of the Mont Blanc Area Integrated Transborder Plan (PIT EMB), the Pays du Mont-Blanc Mixed Syndicate as leader of this action, and the partner organizations of the 3 Espace Mont-Blanc countries, announce the official launch of the Association of Guardians of Refuges and Gîtes Tour Mont-Blanc.
On Thursday, December 1st, 2011, 30 guards from the 51 refuges and gîtes of the TMB met at the Majestic Congress Center in Chamonix to attend the first General Assembly of their Association.
This meeting was made in the presence of Mr. Yann JACCAZ, Vice President of the Syndicat Mixte Pays du Mont-Blanc in charge of the project "Autour du Mont-Blanc" and Mr. Jean-Louis VERDIER, Deputy Mayor of Chamonix.
During the Assembly, the participants voted to elect the first members of the Board of Directors of the Association (12 members and at least 3 members per country).
The office of the Association is composed as follows:

The Board of Directors has a total of 14 members, and the Association regroups 41 members.
